Oh my dog is not responsible for postal services (damages, delays or losses)
If you wish to exchange, return or be refunded, you must make the request in writing within 10 days from the delivery of your order. This time spent no exchange or refund will be accepted.
We will not accept returns of objects soiled and / or damaged by the customer
